15 nov: Workshop on the Development and Peace — Caritas Canada campaign

This fall, to continue as Pilgrims of Hope with the Jubilee 2025 campaign, Turn Debt into Hope, you can:

Walk to raise awareness among Canadians about the consequences of the debt crisis for impoverished populations in the Global South.

Sign the petition calling for the cancellation of the unjust debts of countries in the Global South.

To learn more, attend the workshop on November 15, from 8:30 to 9:00 a.m. at the community hall at Place de la Cathédrale in Moncton. The walk will begin at 9:00 a.m. A relay of hope or light will take place at the end of the walk.

Those who are able to do so will walk the route, which will end in front of the George Dumont Hospital in Moncton, with two stops between the two locations. Those who are unable to walk the route will participate in activities in the community hall while waiting for the Relay of Hope, which will be explained upon the walkers' return.

Dress appropriately, wear comfortable shoes, bring a bottle of water, and bring a candle to participate in the Relay of Light that will close the walk.
