ØGreater Shediac Area Invites Community to World Day of Prayer Service

The Greater Shediac Area World Day of Prayer Committee invites everyone to join in prayer on Friday, March 6, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at Our Lady of Mercy Church, located at 11 St. Andrews Street, Pointe-du-Chêne, New Brunswick.

This special service is part of the World Day of Prayer, an international, ecumenical Christian movement led by women and celebrated in more than 120 countries around the world. The 2026 service has been prepared by the women of Nigeria and is centered on the theme “I Will Give You Rest: Come” (Matthew 11:28–30).

Following the service, all attendees are warmly invited to remain for a light lunch and fellowship, providing an opportunity for community connection and reflection.
