Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
I hope this message finds you well and that the Lord continues to
accompany you in your daily lives.
As an integral part of our diocesan family, your support is invaluable. We
wish to inform you that our annual Archdiocesan Collection will take place
on November 7 and 8, 2026.
Two years ago, the members of the finance committee established this
diocesan collection to help address the financial challenges facing the
archdiocese. While significant progress has been made, important financial
challenges remain. For this reason, the committee has decided to continue
this annual collection, which has become an important component of our
strategy to ensure the long-term financial stability of our diocesan Church.
The first collection in 2024 generated approximately $100,000, while the
2025 collection raised approximately $40,000. As you know, the success of
this campaign depends largely on your commitment and collaboration. We
are asking for your assistance in helping make this year's collection a
success. We encourage you to use every means available to promote this
initiative within your parish and to encourage your parishioners to respond
generously.
We also invite you to make every effort to reach not only those who
regularly attend our liturgical celebrations, but also those who, for various
reasons, are unable to do so. Every contribution, regardless of its amount,
is a tangible expression of solidarity with our entire archdiocese and helps
us continue our shared mission.
We sincerely thank you for your fidelity, your trust, and the support you will
provide for this annual collection. Your commitment is essential to the
success of this campaign and to the future of our diocesan Church.
Additional information regarding this campaign will be provided in the
coming weeks.
United in Christ our Redeemer, and with Mary, our Blessed Mother, we
assure you of our prayers and thank you wholeheartedly for your continued
dedication to our diocesan Church.
