A time of sharing for our young people in catechism

PONTIFICAL MISSIONARY WORKS

We are sharing a message we received from the Montreal office of the Pontifical Mission Societies, which appeared in the March 2025 Mond’Ami brochure:

A Time of Sharing for the Diocese of Moncton

Every year in the Diocese of Moncton, families participating in catechism classes are deeply involved in the Sharing Project offered by Mond’Ami. In January, children aged 6 to 12 take home their piggy banks, ordered from Mond’Ami. This year, they ordered over a thousand. What is their mission? …to raise awareness among their loved ones, especially during the six weeks of Lent, about the plight of vulnerable children around the world, reports the diocesan coordinator of catechesis, Ms. Diane Léger.

We would therefore like to thank the parents, catechists, and everyone who contributed to this wonderful project! Armand and Gladys LeBlanc, Diocesan Co-Directors of the Pontifical Mission Societies
